Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account with f088. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
Age Verification Warning: f088 employs strict age verification procedures. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited without exception.
To access the services offered by f088, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
f088 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals cannot be processed until satisfactory verification is completed.

f088 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank processing times may vary.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier: Bronze members Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Silver members Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, and Gold VIP members Rp 500,000,000 per transaction.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your f088 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity. f088 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). f088 does not charge currency conversion fees. If your bank or payment provider applies conversion charges, those are your responsibility.
f088 may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are displayed on the promotional page and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: sports bets contribute 100% (minimum odds 1.50), slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and table games contribute 5%.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited. f088 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All games offered on the f088 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by f088 or any third party. The RNG ensures that each game round is independent and that past results do not influence future outcomes.
Each game has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and betting options. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage, representing the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not predict short-term results or guarantee specific outcomes for individual players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, f088 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is cancelled or abandoned before completion, stakes will be refunded unless the outcome was already determined at the time of cancellation.
Sports bets are settled based on official results at the end of regular time or full-time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime are excluded unless specifically included in the market description. In case of postponements, matches must be completed within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are void. f088 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known or where suspicious betting patterns indicate potential match-fixing.

The f088 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. f088 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f088 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
f088's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.
f088 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government restrictions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or acts of hackers or other unauthorized third parties.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the f088 services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.
All disputes will be handled internally by f088 management. Decisions made by f088 regarding disputes are final and binding. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek independent mediation.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration applicable in the jurisdiction where f088 is licensed. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You may close your f088 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.
f088 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with verification requirements. Upon termination, f088 may forfeit your balance, void pending bets, and cancel any outstanding bonuses.
If you wish to self-exclude from f088 for responsible gaming reasons, you may do so by contacting customer support and requesting self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f088 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
By using the f088 platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
